Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha, better popularly known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw is a well-known British film and stage actress which gained more attention because she was a part of"Doctor Who," (a British science-fiction TV show) series aired on the BBC channel. Gugu scored a huge hit in the series as Tish Jones. Tish is the sister of Martha Jones. The audience loved Gugu's bright enthusiasm. There was no way back from Gugu's successful performance career! Gugu has also appeared in various British productions on stage and TV. Her work has been critically acclaimed due to her stellar performance in 'Belle' (2013) the British period drama, and 'Beyond the Lights' (2014) which is a romantic comedy. Gugu Mbatha-Raw played the lead role in 'Nell ' a play created by Jessica Swale, as a person who played an actress as well as the mistress to King Charles II of England and Scotland. The critics praised Gugu's acting and performance, which resulted in her nomination for an award that is prestigious for the best actress. She was just 19 when she decided to move in Los Angeles and pursue acting. Handler was obliged to be an actress to survive. Handler started doing stand-up comedian full-time when she reached the age of 21. She had discovered that she was gifted with storytelling. Handler's first job was with an acting gig in a cast of all females in the Oxygen channel's reality-TV show Girls acting badly. The show was an amalgamation of hidden cameras and humorous comedy. From 2002 until 2005, the show aired. The handler started appearing on different shows such as Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler started working as the correspondent to The Tonight Show. Handler received her first big break in the form of hosting her own E! Show in 2006. named The Chelsea Handler Show. The show ran over two years. Handler was a performer at the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States following the season. Her stand-up performances were telecast on VH1 as well as Comedy Central's Premium Blend, and HBO. It was announced in 2010 that she will be hosting MTV's Video Music Awards in 2010.
