Aisha Jamila is an American actress who is best known for her roles in TV series The Shield and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003, she has demonstrated her ability in the role of actress with remarkable performances in TV series like 9-1-1 Detroit 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. Anna's performance in Assault on Precinct 13 was her first major breakthrough. Her performance in the biographical movie All the Way as the women's right activist Fannie Lou Hammer was a major draw for the notice of the general public. Hind was also praised for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman on WGN America's historical drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. The show was renewed for a third installment by 20th Century Fox Television. Hind has recently finished filming for the Hollywood feature Godzilla: King of the Monsters. Her father Krishnaraj was an Army scientist who died on March 18 2017 and his mother Vrinda is a domestic worker. She has an older brother Aditya Rai who works as an engineer for the Merchant Navy. Bachchan's older brother Aditya Rai wrote and co-produced Dil Ka Rishta along with their mother. The actress went to Arya Vidya Mandir High School located in Mumbai where her family had moved to. She finished her secondary education through Jai Hind College for a one year, before transferring to D.G. Ruparel College Matunga, where she achieved a 90 percentile in her H.S.C. exams. She spent five years in adolescence learning about classical music and dance. Her favourite subject was Zoology. Bachchan studied architecture when she won the title of Miss World 1994. Her rise to modeling's high-end lane after being awarded the name. Her contract was lucrative with Vogue magazine and PepsiCo Inc., along with an L'Oreal Paris spokesperson contract in 2003. Her acting career got off in a positive direction by being praised for her roles as a lead in Iruvar (1997) as well as Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya (1997). The success of Bachchan's New Bollywood was boosted by the fact that both films differed from the typical Bollywood structure. She was married to Abhishek Bachchan, who is a co-star, who is the daughter of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. This marriage brought two of India's most powerful individuals in one place.
